About these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Guangzhou Tangfish Technology Co., Ltd. ("Tangfish," "we," "us," or "our").

They apply to the WESLAMIC iTasbih app, compatible WESLAMIC and CARDIX products, our websites, and related services (the "Services"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

Accounts and responsible use

You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and for providing accurate account information. If you are not old enough to enter into an agreement in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms with you.

Please use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, copy or resell our software, or use the Services to harm others or violate their rights.

Connected products

Some features require a compatible product, Bluetooth, NFC, location permission, or an internet connection. Compatibility can depend on your product model, firmware, phone, operating system, region, and app version.

Please follow the instructions supplied with your product and install important app or firmware updates. Battery level, wireless range, network quality, sensors, and phone settings can affect synchronization and measurements.

Health and religious information

Health, exercise, sleep, body, and similar information is provided for general wellness purposes. Unless we clearly state otherwise, the Services are not medical devices and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Prayer times, Qibla direction, calendars, and reminders are calculated using selected methods, location, and device sensors. Results can vary by method and local practice, so important observances should be confirmed with a trusted local authority.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you choose to submit. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and protect the Services.

You must have the right to submit your content. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing, or harmful material. We may restrict or remove content when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Third parties and availability

The Services may use or link to third-party platforms such as app stores, sign-in providers, maps, analytics, and cloud services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

We work to keep the Services reliable, but we cannot promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device. Features may change for maintenance, security, legal, compatibility, or product reasons. Your network provider may charge data or roaming fees.

Ownership and disclaimers

Our software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the Services; they do not transfer ownership to you.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or problems caused by unsupported devices, third-party services, network failures, or use that does not follow product instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the Services at any time. You can request account and associated-data deletion through User > About > Delete Account or our account deletion page.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a serious breach of these terms. We may update these terms as our Services or legal obligations change and will publish the revised date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
