About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the WESLAMIC iTasbih app, compatible WESLAMIC and CARDIX products, our websites, and related services (the "Services").

Guangzhou Tangfish Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") is responsible for the personal information handled through the Services.

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, we may handle:

• Account information, such as your account identifier, email address, display name, profile image, and optional profile details.
• Product and activity information, such as connected-product details, settings, firmware version, synchronization status, dhikr counts, goals, and achievements.
• Information you choose to provide, such as wellness or exercise records, location for location-based features, profile content, and feedback.
• Technical information, such as app and device details, IP address, basic usage events, and crash or diagnostic information.

Permissions such as Bluetooth, location, camera, photos, NFC, or notifications are requested only when needed for a related feature. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

How we use information

We use information to:

• provide accounts, synchronization, connected-product functions, prayer tools, wellness features, and other Services you choose to use;
• protect accounts, maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations;
• respond to feedback and support requests; and
• diagnose problems and improve the reliability and quality of our products.

When information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only when necessary:

• with trusted providers that support sign-in, maps, analytics, cloud hosting, network security, and app distribution;
• when you ask us to share information or use a feature involving another user;
• to comply with law or protect users, our Services, and our legal rights; or
• as part of a business reorganization, subject to appropriate protection.

Important providers include Google and Firebase for authentication, maps, analytics, and diagnostics, and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we handle the information in accordance with applicable law.

Protection and retention

We use safeguards such as encrypted network connections, access controls, monitoring, and restricted system access to protect personal information.

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain security, meet legal requirements, and resolve support or account issues. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove its connection to you, subject to lawful retention requirements.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your device and account credentials and contact us if you notice unauthorized activity.

Your choices

You can update profile information in the app, change app permissions in device settings, and delete individual records where a delete option is available.

You can request account and associated-data deletion through User > About > Delete Account, through our account deletion page, or by contacting us. We may verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

Depending on the law where you live, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent for optional processing.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 14. Children should use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy when our Services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the date above. We may also provide an in-app notice for important changes.
